Sometime my laptop did not starts without plugging in with the charger.

I understand that you are unable to turn on the laptop without a charger. I'd like to help!

 

Are you getting any warnings or errors regarding your battery? Since when are you facing this issue?

Is your battery charging when plugged in? 

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Meanwhile you answer that, run a battery calibration by clicking here
