Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

Under HP Client Security > Settings > My Policies, I can see that HP SpareKey is enrolled. Now I need to use it. However, when I input the BIOS password wrongly three times, there is no option to click F7, instead I get text that says ""System locked, Please restart the system". How do I get to the SpareKey option?
