Product: HP Spectre x360

Haven’t used the laptop in a couple months and it was working fine last time I used it. Since then it has been stored away in its laptop sleeve. I’ve plugged it in, and the battery charging light is on, but the laptop won’t start. I have tried pressing and holding the power button but it’s not working. Any tips on how to get this thing working??
