HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y838AV)

Spectre seems to have died. Have been through the full troubleshooting process but nothing works. I think the only option is to send it back (its in warranty). But apparently its not possible to talk to HP (have tried calling, call-back, whatsapp etc but received a 'not possible' error). So any other bright ideas, friends?

Apologies. I understand that this is a Hardware issue. However, the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
