Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Spectre X360 13-4195 DX bought in 2016 at Best Buy that has a flashing white power light. Geek Squad determined the battery is no good and was told it can't be replaced. Before I purchase a new PC would like to check if the battery can or can not be replaced. Thanks,

Find Parts and Replacement Procedure

      Open Product Home    >> Enter the full model name

  • When the website opens, select category Manuals
  • Look for and open the Maintenance and Service guide for your computer (document name varies)
  • Search for “Battery” to find parts and replacement  >> Read the chapter on Replacement Procedures

NOTES  

  1. The exact name of the service document varies, though usually the word "service" or "maintenance" is included in the name. 
  2. The "Service Guide" and "User Guide" are not the same documents.
  • Part numbers and replacement procedure are listed in the component replacement section (wording varies)

 

For example,

Open homepage for   HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ap000 CTO

Open Category Manuals

Select and open  Maintenance and Service Guide

Search for Battery

Go to Pages 35-36

Thanks for the feedback, but I made a mistake in the product information. I gave you my old PC info. The Correct info is HP Spectre x360 Serial Number [personal info removed] Product Number 4CJ13AV Keeping my fingers crossed that it too can be changed.
