Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this hp steam at a flea market and I can't get it to boot up.. when I press F10 it asked me for an administrative password after putting in a bad password three times I get system disabled i74397165...please help

The difficulty in getting passwords reset is the main reason I advise AGAINST buying used laptops.

 

That is a Disable Code but we're not permitted to provide Disable Code bypasses anymore.

Passwords can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
