The Community can not provide any assistance without some details ...

So, please provide the following:
1) Age of the PC
2) Also, does it run normally after booting, or is that painfully slow, as well?

Once you provide the needed details, someone will reply.

Hi Wawood. The laptop is 2 years old.
It does run slower than I think it should after booting up.

I'm asking because if the drive is failing, not only will it take a LONG time to boot, but launching apps and opening websites will lag severely because of the drive issues.  If you're not seeing these latter issues, then it's not likely a failing drive.

Thanks for your help. Is there anything I can do to clean up the drives or anything else that might be clogging up the PC making it start up slowly ?
