Still can't acces bios

15-ay185nb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Message post several weeks ago:
"""The problem started when my laptop suddenly shutdown. I started my laptop again but I got the issue cmos error 502.

Now I can't access the bios settings, it asked for a password. After 3 tries the laptop gives the following messages "System Disabled [i 92556608]". How can I solve this problem?"""

I went back to the store and they have send the laptop to an  authorized service provider.
But the only thing that they have done is reinstalled the OS and I still cant access the bios settings.
Because they have not found a hardware failure and described it as a software problem it was not covered by the warranty.

67.50 euro was paid for fixing a problem that still exists.

How can this problem be solved properly?
