Solved!

Stream Administrator or Power ON unlock code

HP Recommended
Stream
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a problem on a Stream.  There is no part number or model on the case.  The case also does not have any screws if that makes a difference.

On power on after three attempts to enter a code the following number is displayed:

63467458.

Can anyone provide the unlock code associated with this error code?

Thank you

You're welcome :generic:

I would guess that your halt code is prefixed with a 'i' - if that's correct:

Enter  54236817

t did start with an "i" which was hard to see.  The code you provided opened the tablet revealing no OS

I have no idea what this owner did but I would not put him past doing something bad.  I will let him know the state of the tablet and how to procede.

Thanks so much for your help.

I have an iso USB win10 64 so I'll reinstall the OS and see if it flys.

Thanks again.
