Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop randomly went into automatic repair about a month ago and I have tried everything to get it working again. Everytime I try to click any of the options under advanced options it either says, enter BitLocker recovery key, or skip this drive. Whenever I try to access my recovery key on the Microsoft website I get an error message, but when I consulted one of the IT guys at my workplace, he said it was something with my computer. If I click skip this drive it says there was an error preforming whatever I tried to do and then says the same thing until I restart the computer, where it takes me back to the BitLocker thing. I really need my computer to work because I have something really important to do and I need my computer working by the 12th. Thanks
