Stuck on black hp logo “system update” screen

My screen is stuck on black HP logo Screen for 2 days , says “ please wait while we install a system update” . It just turns itself off and on and I can’t get anything but that screen. I have unplugged it , held off button down for 30 seconds and when i turn the back on it’s still the same screen. Lap top is exactly 2 yrs old.

Hi I had the same problem few hours ago and found this youtube video giving instructions in how to make the laptop boot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLLNtQQZ3AE it tells you to press the power button and keep pressing F11 several times.

It worked for me thank you God!

Detail: While I was following the procedure taking place and asking me what I want to do, I accidentally touched the keyboard and the computer boot again, went to the black screen, re-started and the problem was solved.
