I am tryin to get into my BIOs and every time I do it is asking for a password I forgot what I made it, I set this up YEARS ago. I'm getting a SYSTEM DISABLED with code [ 64391916 ]

Unfortunately, for problem with passwords you will need to contact an HP agent.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:
HP Business PCs - Forgotten or lost BIOS password | HP® Support

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures

You need to contact an HP agent and explain the problem.

Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
