I am trying to remove the administrative  password from my hp laptop, I can access the computer but every time I turn the computer on it asks for my admin password on a black screen the windows will boot up. I would like to remove it in the bios but I keep getting the system disabled message with " A [edit] Can someone help me please?

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
