Hi,

 

the message may be: Manufacturing Program Mode set: 1 of 10. This issue occurs when a notebook is incorrectly left in Manufacturing Program Modeprior to shipment. Manufacturing Program Mode allows up to 10 attempts at use before the notebook resets itself and resumes its expected behavior.
