System is not booting up, after powering on Caps lock led is blinking.

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

 

You need to verify the pattern of blinking - how exactly and how often it blinks. Keep an eye on it.

 

Then, read this HP article and based on the way it blinks, you will see what is causing the problem >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01732674

 

The way it blinks or beeps is the PC way to tell you what is wrong and how it may be fixed.
