My computer is brand new, I bought it four days ago. It worked fine when I first started it, and it did some updates. Now when I turn it on it asks for my pin, and I enter it. Then it goes to a dark screen where only my cursor is present. I have to wait and close/open the laptop several times for the desktop to come up. After the third or fourth time I enter my pin again and then my desktop displays. This is the 2nd laptop I got within a week that is having this same problem.
