Hi please my laptop has been really slow even if it turns on it stays at restarting or welcome for a while.if the icons show up it says that the Microsoft application is not responding. If I click on end process the laptop screen turns white and just stays like that.

From what I have understood, your system is performing very slowly. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.
May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software changes to your system?
May I know if you have updated all the drivers of your system?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
