Product: HP EliteBook 820 G3 Base Model Notebook PC

The BIOS password was forgotten/lost. Tell me where to go to unlock it. On the site I can’t find current contacts for contacting support from Ukraine.

You should have written it down -- as we have no way of accessing or recovering it, nor do you NOW.


BIOS (and Power) passwords are encoded into the firmware of the motherboard and we have no access of any kind to that. Changing such a password requires completely replacing the motherboard with a new one that does NOT have a password encoded into the firmware -- and that usually costs a LOT more than simply replacing the computer.


I wish we could help you -- but we can't, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.
