I have recently refreshed my Windows 10; as it crashed. Since the new installation, my system wont restart. I can shut down and then start again the laptop; however, i choose to restart the system hangs at the black screen
I suggest you perform a Hard drive Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Hard drive
If all the tests pass, then you will need the Recovery Media to perform a System Recovery
