You do not need warranty to download Software and Drivers (including BIOS) for your machine. You can use directly from the following link
https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-4530s-notebook-pc/5060880
Unfortunately no Windows 10 drivers, that means your machine is old therefore you can't request to extend warranty. You have to use the latest BIOS on the above link which is version F.65 Rev.A.
