Elitebook 2660
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an elitebook 2660 and I am getting a tpm error ..... I recd a file that is supposed to fix it on a usb drive from HP but it wasnt under warranty andbuue they just did me a favor ....my problem is i cant get the computer to boot to the usb hitting esc or f9 or f10 does nothing - all it says it hit 1 to except or 2 to reject tpm and it wont take either option - i am running windows 10.... nice of hp to give me the answer to my email and i put it on a usb but now they wont tell me anything to allow it to work. I know i am supposed to hit f10 or esc but trust me that wont work...please help
