Tried to turn on my laptop and sign in says my password is wrong one now I hate a program called tru

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I got up this morning to turn on my HP Windows laptop 764 will be at Password says it’s wrong but I have an alternate log on cold true key do not remember installing that and help

I can't find any information on "cold true key" and we are not permitted to assist with password issues due to Community policy.

 

Passwords can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

If your PC reset your password on you, we can not help in that because we have no access to either the original or the new password.
