Try to turn off, says hit y or n for ftpm

I cannot turn off my hp laptop because it says hit y for ftpm to reboot or not. Must have a bit locker or be able to reinstall if y.  Hit n to just not shut down and back to your most likely hacked and coded/hidden comp where everything is shared and no way out..

 

 

I'm hacked bad, please help

This behaviour has nothing whatsoever to do with being hacked. 

 

Need to know the model number of the laptop, how old it is, and how long it has been doing this.
