Product: HP stream 14s-fq0510na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought two of these laptops for my children for home schooling but they have both been a nightmare with constant lockups and screen freezing in a variety of situations (although mostly when using microsoft teams). They don't seem to be able to handle any kind of workload with crashes happening more than daily. I am forced everytime to force a shutdown and reboot. The most common problem appears to be dwm.exe related. I've tried everything a reasonably computer literate person could do. Surely this shouldn't happen on new laptops. I know they are low budget but I'm not asking them to do anything difficult. Any help appreciated
