Product: HP Notebook - 15-ac646tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop switches off suddenly when working on battery. With direct charger supply working fine.

Ran Battery and USB system diagnostics. (using ESC Startup Menu)

Battery passed the test however USB gave FAILURE ID: M4PUXQ-84UA5L-XD7X61-8D0P03 and said to contact HP support community for a solution.

I suspect may be due to USB issue battery is getting affected or something.

This looks like a hardware issue. Could be one of these- GPS, HUB, Modem, Network Card, Network Drive, PCI Card, PCMCIA, Switch, USB

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your PC
