Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello All,

It Al started last week when. I used my office card on my system because I saw the same slot that my office system has on my system. After putting the card it asked me to create a pin which I did, and I found out that I can't access the card so I took it out of the slot and then I left the system for a while the it went to sleep.

Since then I have been trying to login to my system I've not been able to. I usually don't use a password to access my system but after the process above it shows that I have a password and without the password I can't login to my system. I've used the pin I created but it's not accepting it because it's password it's asking and not pin.

Please I need assistance on this because I've done everything I know and to no avail.

Thank you

I wish we could help you -- but we can't, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.

Your best bet it to hunt down a local PC/laptop repair facility because they might have a way to get you access to the computer, again.
