Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My Omen 16 device wont boot with the Battery only. Once I click on power button the mini led near the charger input white flashing twice. and it does nothing.
So I need to plug it in to AC in order to turn the laptop on.
After I turn the pc on with the AC plugged in, I can still using the it without AC.. the battery level still FULL and it does not decrease while usage..
I've done the USB Bios recovery. but the same issue still exist.
I did a battery check, and it shows that it's not detected.
I hope I've presented the details conveniently, Please help.
thank you in advance.
