I am having a problem with my HP Stream laptop. I am unable to sign in. The screen says my PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security setting on this device. I have tried to reboot the laptop by shutting it down, then turning it back on, and pressing F11 several times but nothing seems to be working. I have also tried holding down the volume down button along with the power button for 4 seconds but still nothing is working. Is there anything else I can do to reset my laptop? Please help!

- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- Are you able to see the HP logo?
- Could you please share the start-up screen?
