Unknown Administrator Password or Power-On Password

Unknown Administrator Password or Power-On Password. I was able to remove the battery but there does not appear to be a CMOS battery, so the password remains

When an incorrect password is entered three times the system displays a system disabled screen with [i 68701504]. Each time the disabled code is the same.   

Any assistance to disable the power-on password is appreciated.
