Product: HP-1272wm

I am trying to set up this notebook but cannot get bast a boot screen asking for an admin password.

 

After three unssuccsefull password attmpets I get a Window -

System Disabled

[1 72054875]

 

How do I proceed?

I was able to properly reconfigure bios and and set an admin password I know.
