I have the quite old 68SVD Ver. F.60 bios version on my windows 10 64 bit elitebook 8560w and I want to unlock the now grey areas in my bios so I can try to get some virtualization technologies enabled. This way I can use "Oracles VM Virtualbox" to run Linux Ubuntu.
I have tried searching for this but I can't seem to find how to get my bios unlocked.

Welcome to the HP Support forum.
You will have to contact HP Support for assistance on removing the password because only they can assist you. Most business class notebooks (including yours Elitebook and Probook) have better security.
Here is how >> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
HP Business support should be able to send you a customised SMC.bin file and instructions which you can use to reset the password. Assistance for such issues is usually free of charge for business class computers likes yours.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you face any issues.
