Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I have been having a problem with my HP. It’s a Pavilion DV 71240 US entertainment notebook PC and on boot. It will not start up a comes up with a message to enter the administrator password and I don’t have an administrator password and I also don’t have any discs to restart it. I bought the computer a while back from a friend and they did not have the disc because they bought it from the pawnshop so I don’t know what to do. It’s giving me a enter unlock passwordthen I realize Key 67806803.
