Hello, my laptop is stuck in update  I turn it on and showed 64%  goes up to 84% them repeats the whole process again  never ends help thank you

It's glitched or corrupted. Is it windows or outside windows in bluescreen? If outside then you need to force shutdown using power button. If on windows then backup your important data, then pause update and restart.
