I upgraded the hard drive to an ssd. Trying to install windows the laptop is stuck in a loop showing hp logo then it goes black and then hp logo. I have ran the diagnostic for the hard drive. Everything was good also reset the bios nothing works. Please help

Hi:

 

If you have a 32 GB USB flash drive, try using the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook on the new SSD.
