Hello community,

 

I have an HP 15-BS115DX, and I encountered a problem after accepting a BIOS update through HP Support Assistant. After completing the first stage and restarting, the screen is now completely black.

I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including creating a recovery USB drive, using the WINDOWS + B and WINDOWS + V keys, among other combinations, but I'm not getting any video output.

The Caps Lock key doesn't blink, but the indicator on the right side does light up.

I urgently need assistance from Argentina to resolve this issue. I've noticed that many people have faced a similar problem, and I haven't been able to find a solution in the messages I've read.
