Very Very poor Customer support, simply troubling the customer

Product Name- HP Notebook 15-bs539tu

Error Message 1- Boot Device not found.

Error Message 2- Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC

Error Message 3- Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.
