WILL NOT STAY ON

HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion 15-cs0072wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My pavilion laptop starts, goes to the HP logo and then goes black. It then clicks and goes off. It then starts over and repeats. I have to hold down the power button for 15 seconds to get it to stay off.
