That basically means that the filesystem on the "drive" has become so corrupted that the OS can no longer read the needed boot files. This requires hands-on access by a technician to diagnose and repair the issue -- something that we can not do from here.
The fix could range from something as simple as running a boot repair utility from a USB stick to something as complex as replacing the drive outright and reinstalling Windows from scratch.
Sorry, but you will need to locate a local laptop repair facility and pay a technician to do this work.
