Chromebook

Just wondering what is people experience with their Chromebook, I'm I the only one having troubles??

On 5/12/21 I purchased a brand new chromebook, after 3 - 4 days I ended up with a black screen. When I called support the tech guided me to reset it, then I asked him what the probable cause was. He did not seem surprised, seemed like it was a common problem. Then he said most people leave it plugged in too long and the over charged battery can do that. Well I charge it full then use it until the battery gets low and I recharge it. 

I keep getting the same problem over and over, I never go a week without a black screen. It is very annoying, I don't need to call support I can reset it, but I was expecting a better quality machine.

Trust me I am not a complainer but this is my first HP product and will be my last.

Hopefully you guys are having better enjoyment of your product.
