Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1043dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I start my laptop, I get to my normal screen and then when I attempt any function, it flashes and goes dark. Have to restart laptop to get it to stop flashing to dark screen. What should I do?
