Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i press the power button it lights up as usual but the screen stays off and I noticed that the capslock flashes twice. It sound like its starting up like i hear the fan spinning but nothing happens.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and the caps lock key is flashing.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Sorry for going offline.
i wanted to add that there's no red lights nor beeping its just the caps-lock. I tried to reset the "CMOS" with the windows+v but the laptop just force shut down every time.
I think i didn't clear that the screen doesn't even turn on.

It looks like a hardware issue and I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
