Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I spilled water on my laptop last week. Before I could turn it off, the screen turned white. I ran to the store to get 3 bags of rice to soak it in. Before doing so, though, I tried turning on the laptop again, hoping I would not need the rice. This was not the case (white screen, so I turned it back off). I put the laptop in rice for 40 hours. After I took it out, it displayed the symptoms I am describing. So I put it in rice for another 24 hours. No luck. Can anyone help?

@Mikejohnsonjr
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

This sounds like hardware related issue with the laptop. A water spill can seriously mess up a laptop. Hence, I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
