Product: HP 15 ro31-DS

 the caps lock blinks twice. no screen. when i opened it up. there was NOT a cooling inside. How can the CPU get cooled otherwise?

Hi:

 

Models with the Pentium and Celeron processors do not need cooling fans, so one is not included.

 

They were designed to work without one.

 

I don't necessarily agree with that idea, but I'm not a hardware engineer.
