HP Recommended

This is the second hp laptop I have purchased. Thinking something had crashed on my first one so I bought a new hp 14. Within the second week of having the new hp 14. I had the same problem with the screen flickering as soon as I powered the laptop on. It stayed this way for 2 weeks then all of a sudden both laptops are back working. I've now had the new laptop for a little over 3 months and out of nowhere again I can't get the laptop to power on due to the black and white flickering screen. This is not ok. I'm very disappointed in hp for this
