Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had waste water on my hp 14-dk1022wm it worked for like 20 minutes and then it frozen so I just restarted it. But when I tried to it got stuck in automatic repair, it said something was wrong with the cooling fan.so it was stuck in bootloader I tried accessing troubleshooting settings but it says PC ran into problem whenever I did so.then it wouldn't come on so a month later I was just messing with it and came back to life but when ran bios restart thing(win+b) it says have bios corruption idk what to do I'm 14 am broke as a joke gave my dad 140 dollars(all I had) he said he would get it fixed,fixed, was 5 weeks ago.now I have have no money or laptop.great.and also now I can't turn it on and it blinks 3 times when I press power button.please I beg of yall help me
