Hello, HP will not power on. Caps lock blinks 3 times slowly then 2 times fast. Tried hard re-boot, hard reset, etc.

This is memory failure and instructions are shown below at the LED code

basically, remove the memory, use air duster, then put back in

if that does not work then

check warranty and call for repair info:
