HP Pavilion 15.6" Touchscreen Laptop - 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1195G7 - GeForce MX450 - 1080p will not turn on. The power charging light is white. I tried disconnecting power cord, holding the power button for 15-20 seconds, plugging power cord back in and tried turning on but won’t do anything.

Thank you, WAWood, I viewed the YouTube video, but it didn’t help me since I am not able to turn my computer on. The charging light is white while plugged in, but the computer won’t start. The screen is black and there’s no sign of the computer booting up. If you have any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much!

Sorry, but if you can't boot it up enough to run diagnostics from the BIOS menu, there is nothing else you can do to find out what is wrong with it on your own.

You would have to take this to a local laptop repair shop and see if they can do any diagnostics on it for you.

Good Luck
