Windows 10 install fail and Bios update impossible

HP Recommended

Hi,

I have changed my SSD M2 sata for a bigger one. I want to make a brand new install of windows 10.

I a'm getting this error on a hp envy x360 ryzen 5 laptop

The full error is: "Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation. To install Windows, restart the installation."

I have tried the following:

-Changed from Legacy to UEFI boot

-Turned off/on USB legacy support

-Re-made the boot media (using the Microsoft tool on a USB) & with Rufus

-No external devices are plugged in

-Removed all partitions and installed on unallocated space

-Unactivate the second HDD using diskpart

I read that bios update may help but this is not working neither. The version installed is F.42 Rev.A.

I have tried with F.46 Rev.A and F.47 Rev.A. When I start, I go to the diagnostic menu and insert the usb but nothing happens.

Any Idea or help is welcome
