Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, today I bought a laptop and this is how the download of Windows 10 looks like, I saw the same artifacts during DOS loading for a second. Should I return the laptop?

after reinstalling windows, the artifacts disappeared, then drivers were installed and screen became with artifacts again, nice
