Hp laptop has black screen with hp logo

bios will reload but not boot system

tried bitmap key and will not load windows

what do I need to fix?

HP Recommended

After selecting restore to factory option, I was able to recover back system from the cloud. Had to set up email  account a Mcafee protection software. No other issues at this time .
